Hammer Mill System
  • Further size reduction of materials
  • Powder form

TES-AMM's Global Collection Centres manage local client interface, collection, disassembly and segregation of various e-Waste products into appropriate waste streams for onward processing.

Material uplifts and Inbound material flows can be requested, tracked and reported on-line using sophisticated Client interface tools.

Non/Low value segregated waste streams such as e.g. paper, wood, plastics, ferrous metals and hazardous components are recycled locally.

Precious metal bearing wastes are pre-processed and densely consolidated for onward processing at the central refinery operation.

All relevant data on a clients’ load is entered and tracked on a unique e-Waste Tracking software, following a load through the process and enabling the provision of detailed client reports for accountability, security, and for legislation compliance in certain regions of the World.

Intellectual Property (IP) protection and Data Destruction are important services provided by TES-AMM. In-person or on-line witnessing of hardware destruction and Data Erasure can be provided for clients who wish to ensure complete protection of confidential information is maintained. Data destruction is achieved using software certified to DoD 5220.22-M standards. Certificates of Recycling and Data Destruction can be provided.

TES-AMM's Malaysian plant achieves higher process efficiencies than most other companies due to our blend of recycling technologies and state-of-the-art process equipment sourced from Germany & Japan.

The integrated process offers Clients a total end-to-end recycling solution with one point of management.

Our refinery operations are Waste Licensed and ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Accredited.
